In response to a request from Kommersant, the military commissariat of the region said that the subpoenas would be handed out mainly at the place of residence of citizens and their work. “The only purpose of serving subpoenas that some residents of the region have begun to receive is to update military registration data in the military registration and enlistment offices of the Krasnodar Territory,” the report says.
