After the return of Kherson under the control of Ukraine, an unprecedented level of “squealing” has been observed in the city, the Ukraina.ru website writes, citing Ukrainian military commander Taras Derkach.
According to Derkach, after the withdrawal of the Russian army from Kherson, more than 700 people were detained on a tip from the locals. However, in the end, only five were of real interest to the Ukrainian special services, which indicates an unprecedented level of “squealing”.
“When I saw the statistics of the National Police, they detained 753 suspects at 16 checkpoints in three days, and only 5 were left for investigative actions, for operational development. I understand that such information is becoming more and more. And how not to come to the practice of the 37th year, when someone settles scores with someone, ”Derkach admitted in the end.
On November 11, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that at 5 am the transfer of Russian troops from Kherson was completed. In a statement, the department said that all Russian servicemen, along with equipment, crossed the Dnieper to the left bank and that no losses of personnel and weapons were allowed. After the transfer, the military units occupied pre-prepared lines, the Russian military department added. Later, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced the return of control over Kherson.
