The Western Military District (ZVO) confirmed the authenticity of the summonses sent out in St. Petersburg, photos of which had previously appeared on the network.

On the agenda received by the Petersburger, the photo of which published “Fontanka”, stamped with a warning: “Attention! In case of failure to appear at the military commissariat within the prescribed period, restrictive measures will be introduced against you.”

“The press service of the Western Military District confirms the authenticity of the new subpoenas,” – commented this information in ZVO for TASS.

April 14 Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law that provides for the digitalization of the military registration system and amends the norms for serving subpoenas – now subpoenas for those liable for military service will be sent in writing and duplicated in electronic form at the State Services.

Those who receive the summons will not be able to leave Russia until they appear at the military registration and enlistment office.

In case of ignoring the summons, citizens will not be able to drive a car, manage their property, etc. Information about the distribution of summonses is entered into the unified electronic register of military registration. In this case, the electronic summons will be considered delivered at the time of its placement in the personal account on the State Services.
