The military commissar of the Rostov region denied information about the preparation of the region for mobilization

There is neither partial nor full mobilization in the Rostov region, TASS reports with reference to the region’s military commissar Igor Yegorov.
The agency reports that earlier the military commissar of the Azov district of the Rostov region, Alexander Zhukov, in an interview, stated the need to prepare for partial or full mobilization.
Yegorov explained that “the military commissar of Azov and the Azov region had in mind that we must always be ready.” At the same time, he clarified that “there can be no talk of any mobilization.”
Yegorov clarified: “At the moment, everything is now on a voluntary basis. People come to the military registration and enlistment office, sign a contract.”
Partial mobilization, announced in Russia on September 21 by the President of the Russian Federation, was completed on October 28. Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu reported to Vladimir Putin on its completion and that 300,000 Russians were drafted into the troops as part of the partial mobilization.
