All questions from representatives of foreign governments had to be answered that the United States was “monitoring the situation.” According to one source, a number of diplomats who received the telegram were under the impression that it was intended to make sure that not a single American diplomat said anything that could indicate Washington’s involvement in domestic events in Russia. Another interlocutor of the portal claims that Blinken wanted to wait for the situation to be clarified before commenting.

On the evening of June 23, in the Telegram channel of the press service of the founder of PMC Wagner Yevgeny Prigozhin, there were reports of a strike on the rear camps of the company.
