Hockey players of St. Petersburg SKA fought in Kazakhstan with the local Barys. The team from Astana again suffers a fiasco with a score of 1:2 in favor of the guests from the Northern capital.
The match took place at the Barys Arena in Astana on February 8. There was a tense fight – the pucks flew into the goal only in the third period. Perhaps, due to the removal of Vasily Glotov, the puck was missed by Roman Starchenko. However, 42 seconds before the siren, hockey player Alexander Nikishin equalized the score.
In overtime there was a post-match shootout, as a result of which the St. Petersburg team won.
