The all-Russian mass race “Russian Ski Track” will take place in the regional center on Saturday, February 10. It will take place at the stadium in Druzhba Park. The start is scheduled for 11:00.
The competition has 3 distances: 1.5; 3 and 5 km, the choice of which depends on the age of the participants. Thus, young Tambov residents under 14 years old will run the shortest distance, young people from 15 to 18 years old and veterans over 30 years old will cover 3 km, and women and men over 19 years old will go on the longest ski track – 5 kilometers.
On the same day, the Winter Sports Day will take place at the ski stadium, where guests will enjoy a large sports and entertainment program, rich in the most unusual events – a costume ski race, sled races with the whole family, winter sumo, felt boot throwing and holding a baby carrier in your hand. Participants will also enjoy master classes in ax throwing and sword fighting.
