In the Lugansk People’s Republic on February 4 announced day of mourning for those killed in the attack on the city bakery, which killed 28 people. Among the dead were 18 men, 9 women and a five-year-old child. Six people were taken to intensive care at a local hospital.
Financial Times newspaper reported, that a coalition of Western countries that are allies of Ukraine is planning to issue debt to help Kyiv, using frozen Russian assets as a guarantee for debt repayment. According to the plan circulated by Belgium among the G7 countries, the Russian Federation will be asked to repay debt obligations, and in case of refusal, its assets will be confiscated.
Prime Minister of Finland Petteri Orpo reportedthat the authorities cannot open checkpoints on the border with Russia in the near future.
