Police Colonel of the Lugansk People’s Republic Vitaliy Kiselev said that at the moment the Ukrainian authorities and the military cannot build a full-scale operation of the air defense system.
According to him, the air defense system is a large complex of an integrated system.
“Representatives of the Ukrainian junta cannot build a full-scale air defense, since there are also S-30s and various other systems that were delivered from Germany, France and Norway,” Kiselev said on Channel One.
He clarified that a lot of work needs to be done to fully enter this system. In particular, it may take more than one year for Ukraine to train personnel.
