The Khoroshevsky Court of Moscow received a protocol on an administrative violation against the leader of the rock group “Nogu Svelo!” Maxim Pokrovsky. From cards on the website of the court it follows that the protocol was drawn up under the article on discrediting the Russian army (part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation)
The court hearing in the case of Maxim Pokrovsky is scheduled for March 27. The maximum penalty under the article is a fine of 50 thousand rubles.
Since 2019 Maxim Pokrovsky has been living in the USA. In January-February 2023, the band held their first European tour. Since February 24, the group has released seven songs about the special military operation in Ukraine. Maxim Pokrovsky himself has repeatedly spoken out against Russia’s actions in Ukraine.
