Police detained at St. Petersburg Pulkovo Airport the lead singer of the rock group “Puppies” Maxim Moiseev (also known under the pseudonym Maxim Tesli), who, performing on January 7 at the St. Petersburg MOD club, went on stage almost naked, reported “Fontanka”.

The police assessed the musician’s act as petty hooliganism and drew up an administrative report. He was placed in a temporary detention center at the police department of the Kalininsky district of St. Petersburg. The head of the Safe Internet League, Ekaterina Mizulina, drew attention to the performance of “Puppies”, who called Mr. Moiseev’s behavior an imitation of the rapper Vacio, who came in this image to a party organized by blogger and TV presenter Anastasia Ivleeva in the Moscow club “Mutabor”.

“Yesterday at a concert in St. Petersburg, he performed songs of dubious content in one sock. I wonder how the law enforcement agencies of the northern capital will react to this,” wrote Ms. Mizulina.

On December 22, 2023, the Lefortovo court sentenced Nikolai Vasiliev to 15 days of arrest and a fine of 200 thousand rubles. for disturbing public order and using obscene language at a party in Mutabor, organized by blogger Anastasia Ivleeva. On January 6, the rapper was detained again after serving 15 days of administrative arrest for petty hooliganism. The Lefortovo Court of Moscow sentenced him to another ten days of administrative arrest for petty hooliganism with resisting a police officer (Part 2 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).
