The day before, information appeared on the Internet that the son of Alexander Gradsky, Daniil, applied to law enforcement agencies with a statement, they say, the widow of the artist Marina Kotashenko-Gradskaya took a large sum of money from the apartment where his father lived. Allegedly, she took advantage of the situation when the maestro was taken away with a stroke. “MK” turned to Marina’s lawyer Larisa Shirokova, who told what is happening in this case.

– Larisa, there was information that the son of Alexander Gradsky turned to law enforcement agencies with a statement that the widow of Gradsky Marina took a large amount of money out of the house. What can you say on this issue?

– Currently, I represent the interests of Marina Gradskaya and her two minor children: Alexander and Ivan. We do not know anything about the fact that Daniel applied with a statement to the police. I can say that according to this statement, there were no calls or summons from the law enforcement agencies to call my principal. We cannot confirm the accuracy of the information provided in open sources. I can note that during court hearings or other meetings in the courthouse, Daniil Alexandrovich did not express any claims – we have already met in court on the issue of the inheritance case as participants in the trial. There were no complaints from other relatives either. If any claims are received, Marina will take all necessary procedural actions to protect the rights and interests of herself and her minor children, ”explained Larisa Shirokova. At the same time, the lawyer said that so far they have not come to any denominator in matters of inheritance negotiations.

“On inheritance issues, at the moment, it was not possible to conclude a settlement agreement, although negotiations were quite active. Marina is the heir along with others, including the children of Alexander Borisovich Gradsky from a previous marriage, ”Shirokova specified.

By the way, many people remember the robbery that happened to Marina Gradskaya. Then unknown persons, threatening with weapons, dragged her into a car and forced her to go home, from where they allegedly stole almost 100 million rubles. As MK found out, the perpetrators were found and punished, and part of the money was returned.

“Earlier, a criminal case was initiated on the fact of the attack on Gradskaya Marina Vladimirovna, which ended in a verdict. The robbers were detained and convicted, including one of them – to 8 years and two months in prison. The detailed circumstances of the attack were recorded as part of the preliminary investigation, there were no other attacks indicating the theft of funds,” the lawyer explained.
