She has the right to her own opinion
Earlier it became known that the publication of Alla Pugacheva with a call to recognize her as a foreign agent will be checked for discredit by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation due to the appeal of a resident of the Moscow region to the prosecutor’s office. Lawyer, member of the Chamber of Advocates of the City of Moscow Artur Airapetov did not see any signs of insulting the Russian troops in the Primadonna’s publication.
In an interview with Lenta.ru Airapetov noted that he had read Pugacheva’s post, which was widely circulated in the media, but did not see any legal defects there. He recalled that, according to Article 29 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, every person, every citizen of Russia has the right to have his own opinion and express it, if it is legal.
According to the lawyer, law enforcement practice under articles on discrediting the Russian Armed Forces has not yet fully developed.
Nevertheless, Airapetov stressed that he did not see any statements in Pugacheva’s post that could discredit or qualify as discrediting the Armed Forces.
