The Ministry of Digital Development, Telecommunications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation previously published a list of 195 specialties that are entitled to a deferment from partial mobilization. Nevertheless, there are some cases when a citizen with a reservation may be mobilized, as lawyer Vasily Vorobyov said.
In a conversation with Moscow 24 Vorobyov explained that as of today, the reservation gives the Russians a reprieve from partial mobilization. At the same time, according to the lawyer, it is not assigned to a specific employee.
The specialist explained that the reservation is assigned to the position held by the person. In the event that a person quits or moves to another position, then, as Vorobyov noted, he loses this reservation and may be subject to mobilization.
The lawyer concluded that the reservation is valid exactly as long as the person is working in a certain area in a certain position.
