Moscow is preparing for a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Serbian member of the Presidium of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milorad Dodik. It is scheduled for September 20th. This was announced by the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov.
“Certain contacts are being prepared, we will inform you in a timely manner,” Mr. Peskov told reporters (quoted from TASS).
Earlier, this was announced by the head of the Republika Srpska office in Moscow, Dusko Perovic. According to him, Mr. Dodik expects to meet with Mr. Putin on September 20 in Moscow. “The topic of negotiations will be political and economic relations,” the head of the mission said on 8 September.
The meeting between the President of the Russian Federation and the Serbian member of the Presidium of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) will take place on the eve of the elections in BiH. They will be on October 2nd.
