Moscow values relations with Pyongyang and will continue to develop them “without regard to the opinions of other countries.” This was stated by presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the words of US national security adviser Jake Sullivan on relations between Russia and the DPRK.
“We have our own relations with Pyongyang, we value these relations. This is our neighbor, North Korea. And we, of course, will continue to develop relations with them without regard to the opinions of other countries,” Peskov said.
