Dmitry Peskov told reporters that the statements of the President of Ukraine that Russia is allegedly preparing a terrorist attack with the release of radiation at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant are not true.

“Most likely, this is another lie, this is another lie,” said the Kremlin speaker, recalling that the IAEA has just held contacts with the Russian side and received a high rating (providing the safety of the plant) “A contact between Grossi and Likhachev (the head of Rosatom) is planned, we are interested in continuing these contacts and the IAEA is interested,” Peskov said. “Everything else is a lie,” he added.
