Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov confirmed the existence of problems with the equipment of the mobilized. “The Coordinating Council has been created. Dmitry Peskov drew attention to the fact that the regions are independently involved in the process of providing the mobilized with the missing equipment.

Therefore, measures are being taken, these problems will be eliminated,” the spokesman said.
On October 21, President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the creation of a Coordinating Council to meet the needs of the armed forces. At the first meeting of the council, which took place on October 25, Mr Putin named insufficient pace of solving the problems of the military operation in Ukraine and called for updating all “administrative procedures”.
After the start of partial mobilization in Russia, prices for military equipment across the country increased several times.
