Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov did not comment on the information on the agreement on the complete cessation of hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh from 13:00 through the mediation of Russian peacekeepers.

On September 21, a meeting of representatives of the authorities of Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan is planned in Yevlakh.
Azerbaijan began “anti-terrorist measures” in Nagorno-Karabakh on September 19. Yerevan called Baku’s actions “large-scale aggression” and appealed to the UN Security Council: meeting will pass September 21. Kremlin statedthat Russian peacekeepers continue to perform their function in Karabakh.
