The Kremlin announced the punitive actions of Ukrainian troops in the Kharkiv region

Currently, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are carrying out punitive actions in the Kharkiv region. This statement was made by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.
The journalists asked the Kremlin representative to comment on the statement of Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk about the detention of Russian and Ukrainian teachers in the Kharkiv region. Peskov urged to listen to the information of the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Sergey Kravtsov, who previously informedthat all Russian teachers are in the territories controlled by Russia, the DPR and the LPR.
At the same time, the spokesman acknowledged that the inhabitants of the region are in danger. “Now there are a lot of punitive actions that do not fit into any framework. People are tortured, people are bullied, and so on. This is outrageous, of course,” Peskov said. He stressed that the special operation will continue.
September 10 Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported on the withdrawal of Russian forces from the cities of Izyum and Balakleya in the Kharkiv region for transfer to the territory of the DPR in order to increase the efforts of the Russian side in the Donetsk direction. After that, information appeared that Russian teachers were allegedly detained by the Ukrainian military in the Kharkiv region.
Despite the withdrawal of Russian troops to the territory of the DPR, the Russian authorities stated that all the goals of the special operation would be achieved. First, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia Dmitry Medvedev emphasized this. Later he named the conditions that Russia puts now, “a warm-up for the requirements of the future” and said that Ukraine was waiting for “total capitulation.”
On the eve of the intention to achieve the goal of the special operation, said the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev. He notedthat this will not be prevented by anti-Russian sanctions and Western military assistance to Kyiv.
