The Kremlin announced the postponement of the Palestinian leader’s visit to Russia

The visit of Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas to Russia is postponed; its exact date will be agreed upon later. This was announced by the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov, writes TASS.

“We said that such a visit is on the agenda. But now it’s difficult to talk about the exact date for obvious reasons,” Peskov said.

The visit of the Palestinian leader to the Russian Federation was announced even before the worsening of the situation in the Middle East. October 26 Peskov statedthat Abbas may visit Russia in the near future. The Kremlin promised to announce the timing later.
