The Knowledge Society has extended registration for an intellectual tournament for schoolchildren and college students

The Russian society “Knowledge” and “Movement of the First” announced that until April 27 they are extending the acceptance of applications for participation in the third game of the “League of Knowledge: Schools and Colleges” tournament. It will take place on April 28, and the first two games have already been completed. To register students, teachers must share a link or a QR code from their personal account.

In three weeks, more than 200 thousand applications from schoolchildren and college students have already been submitted to participate in the third game. It is assumed that following the results of all three stages of the competition, teams of five people will be determined, which will be able to represent their educational institutions in the All-Russian tournament. By the way, secondary educational institutions and colleges that have received more than 40 participants will have a chance to get into the rating of 500 educational organizations in terms of the average score of students for an individual stage.

Questions for the game were prepared by well-known public and state figures, representatives of science and art, in particular, the chairman of the Russian Military Historical Society, Vladimir Medinsky.

According to the organizers of the tournament, such events help young people test their erudition, learn to quickly find the right answers to a variety of questions, and be smart. And the competitive element and the opportunity to show their knowledge can motivate young people to pay attention to the study of history, literature, art, and the exact sciences.

T“Knowledge League: schools and colleges” tournament launched March 24, 2023. This is one of the game formats of education from the Russian society “Knowledge”. The first two stages – individual and team – are held on the basis of educational organizations. Based on the results of the competition, head-to-head games are held at regional venues. Winners from each subject of the Russian Federation receive the right to fight in the federal final.
