The Kontinental Hockey League All-Star Game attracted 19,682 spectators at the SKA Arena on the first day. The MATCH! TV channel spoke about the new hockey record.
This number of spectators was the largest in the history of the KHL All-Star Game. The previous record holder was a meeting held in Minsk in 2010. Then, 15,100 spectators gathered in the arena.
For the SKA Arena, this event was the largest since its opening. The auditorium was almost completely filled. This was facilitated by top teams and cheap tickets, the price of which started from 400 rubles.
“MK in St. Petersburg” already toldthat the Kharlamov and Tarasov divisions became the finalists of the KHL All-Star Game. The final meeting of the teams will take place on December 10.
