Judges accused of helping Motor Sich company
As many as four judges of the Kyiv Court of Appeal were detained on suspicion of taking a bribe. All four, namely judges Yuriy Sliva, Viktor Glinyany, Igor Palenik and Vyacheslav Dzyubin, participated in the consideration of the case of the former head of Motor Sich Vyacheslav Boguslaev.
On Monday, December 4, the High Council of Justice will consider the request of the SAP (anti-corruption prosecutor’s office) to take these judges into custody. It is reported that three of the detained judges were members of the same panel. Through the mediation of the fourth judge, they allegedly lifted the seizure of two aircraft associated with the Motor Sich enterprise for a reward of 35 thousand dollars. November 30, as a reminder. The Solomensky Court of Kyiv extended the arrest of the former head of the Motor Sich company, Vyacheslav Boguslaev, and the director of the department of foreign economic activity, Oleg Dzyuba.
