According to Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani, the new air defense systems that Rome and Paris are going to transfer to Kyiv can be deployed in seven to eight weeks.
“I think that these air defense systems will be put into operation on the territory of Ukraine within a few, seven to eight weeks,” he said on the air of the Rai Italia TV channel.
Earlier it was reported that the authorities of Italy and France decided to send a Samp / T battery with Aster-30 anti-aircraft missiles to Ukraine. The total cost of this system is 800 million euros.
