Hooligans from St. Petersburg began recording fights in public places and attacks on local residents on video and posting it on social networks. The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation opened a criminal case. This was reported in RIA News.
It is noted that the teenagers attacked not only individually, but also in a crowd. Among the victims were usually those who made comments to these people. On social networks, hooligans call themselves the “Azerbaijani mafia.”
Presumably, there were seven people in the group, and the leader of this “gang” was 18-year-old Tural Mamedov. Videos also began to appear on the Internet where he was driving at high speed through loud music in the Northern capital, violating traffic rules.
Based on these videos, law enforcement agencies opened a case under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Hooliganism committed by a group of persons.” The identities of all participants in this group have been established – there are six of them aged from 14 to 18 years.
