A multifunctional center in the north-east of the capital is at the final stage of construction. It is being built as part of the city’s program to stimulate the creation of work places. The investor installs escalators and elevators. Details were provided by Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Investment and Industrial Policy Department.
“An agreement on the construction of a shopping and office center as part of a program to stimulate the creation of places to work was signed in 2020 with a developer from the Pioneer company. The investor will invest about 9.5 billion rubles in the construction of the facility, and its implementation will give the city almost 4.5 thousand jobs, more than a thousand of them under the program,” Ovchinsky said. The center is equipped with internal engineering systems and external networks. Builders perform finishing and roofing work.
As the company explained, the dismantling of four tower cranes about 100 meters high has now been completed at the construction site. Multifunctional complex Botanica consists of a 19-storey business center and a four-storey shopping center. The complex has integrated exits from the metro and MCC “Botanical Garden”.
The city’s program for stimulating the creation of work places provides for the integrated development of districts. The developer is partially or completely exempt from paying for changing the type of land plot if he invests in the construction of an object with new jobs.
