The singer explained that this was an offer from the organizers who asked him to perform instead of the artist, who did not have time to return from the trip. Bilan asks to distinguish between commercial and charitable activities. From the first, he honestly pays all taxes, and often does charity work, but does not like to advertise it. As an example, we recall that in February the singer visited a family that adopted six orphans from the DPR, and this month visited a family with a similar situation in the Voronezh region.
