The illegitimate son of Zhenya Belousov decided to sue his sister for the artist’s inheritance

One of the capital’s courts received a lawsuit from Roman Belousov, the son of musician Zhenya Belousov. Roman claims a share of the inheritance of his father who died in 1997, reports website KP.RU.
Zhenya Belousov died at the age of 32. The singer’s son from the musician of his group Oksana Shidlovskaya was 5 years old and he could not claim his rights to the inheritance. Belousov also had a daughter, Kristina, from one of his wives, Elena Khudik.
Lawyer Sergei Zhorin said that Belousov’s paternity was confirmed by a court decision, and the notary who handled the inheritance case knew about this, but deliberately ignored this fact.
Zhorin plans to prove in court that Roman Belousov missed the deadline for entering into inheritance rights for good reasons and can restore these rights. The lawyer also said that Christina did not inherit the intellectual property of Zhenya Belousov.
