In Moscow, the Tagansky Court ruled in the case of Maxim Krasikov, a restaurateur who is the illegitimate son of Boris Grachevsky, founder of the popular Yeralash program.
The court found Krasikov guilty of fraud and sentenced him to a four-year suspended sentence. In addition, he is obliged to compensate for the damage caused to the family of the former Deputy Prime Minister of the Oryol region Alexander Bartashev, who provided loans to Krasikov to develop his business.
The public prosecutor demanded a harsher sentence and eight years’ imprisonment for Krasikov, Vedomosti reports.
Maxim Krasikov became famous after the death of Boris Grachevsky in January 2021. He came to his father’s funeral and told his story to reporters. According to information published in Komsomolskaya Pravda, Tatyana Krasikova, an employee of the Orlyonok children’s camp, gave birth to an illegitimate child to the director in 1984. At that time, Grachevsky was already married for the second time, and the child’s mother refused to indicate his paternity, raising the child alone.
After the death of the director, Krasikov stated that he did not claim the inheritance and did not intend to prove his family connection. Grachevsky’s widow, Ekaterina Belotserkovskaya, said in an interview with Seven Days: “According to Boris, he is not his son.”
