Conscripted servicemen cannot be forced to sign an agreement on participation in the Russian NVO zone in Ukraine, shared the details on the website “Explaining.rf”.
According to a portal created by the government, in the event of such coercion, a complaint must be filed with the military prosecutor’s office.
They noted that a serviceman who served 3 months on conscription has the right to voluntarily conclude a contract and go to the area of a special military operation in a new status.
