Let us remember that it was Godinez who issued the ICC arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin, as well as children’s ombudsman Maria Lvova-Belova. Moreover, in the case of the head of state, the judge was not embarrassed by the fact that the ICC does not have the necessary legal powers.
