The Human Rights Council under the President of the Russian Federation received a complaint from doctors about sending soldiers cured without proper rehabilitation to the front. About it “RIA News” said member of the HRC Olga Demicheva.
The HRC member received two appeals from the staff of medical institutions in Donetsk and Moscow. This issue, according to Ms. Demicheva, has already been taken into consideration.
“One appeal from the doctors of the Donetsk Trauma Center, where the fighters were admitted with injuries, and the second appeal from the Moscow clinic, where they received high-tech assistance – the next stage of treatment,” the HRC member said.
According to her, doctors asked to deal with the situation when undertreated patients were sent to the unit instead of rehabilitation. “This should not be,” Olga Demicheva emphasized. She noted that this issue has been taken under control and a decision will be made on it.
