The house from the movie “Boomer” on 1st Kuryanovskaya Street was overhauled

In the metropolitan area of ​​Pechatniki, a major overhaul of a residential building built in 1952 has been completed.

The two-story building at the address: 1st Kuryanovskaya Street, 17, was restored by specialists from the Moscow City Overhaul Fund according to an individual project that took into account the peculiarities of architectural decoration: the window openings of the first floor are decorated with sandriks and stepped architraves, the central axis of the main facade is supported by a bay window, a balcony and a round window forms, the main entrance is distinguished by a pediment and pilasters, a belt and a crowning cornice stretch along the perimeter of the building.

“Restoring the historical beauty of each house is an important task for the FKR of Moscow. House number 17 on the 1st Kuryanovskaya street was no exception. We have created a unique project of work, in which we took into account all the nuances of the building. It’s nice that now the house has received a stealing life. His portrait is fresh and beautiful,” said Vladimir Kozhichenkov, Deputy General Director of the FCR of Moscow.

First of all, during the overhaul of the facade, the craftsmen cleared the planes of contamination, beat off the peeling parts of the plaster layer, sealed the cracks with cement mortar and treated the surfaces with antifungal and antiseptic compounds. Next, the plaster layer was primed and completely renewed. After the facade was painted.

Some details of the decoration were lost and the craftsmen had to restore the old stucco and make additional fragmentation using laser scanning technology.

Also, the facade, roof and basement of the facility were put in order, the old windows in the entrances were replaced with plastic ones – aesthetic and energy efficient. A new entrance group was installed and the basement was put in order.

The house is located in the village of Kuryanovo, where after the war cozy cottages were built for workers of the aeration station. These houses are covered with tiles, each had a bomb shelter and a telephone.

It is interesting to note that the village was chosen by many Russian filmmakers. So, it was here that the scenes of such famous films as “Boomer”, “K-19” and “Frenchman” were filmed.

The Moscow Capital Improvement Program is one of the largest housing modernization projects not only in Russia, but in the world. The program includes more than 28,500 houses with a total area of ​​more than 275 million square meters. m., in which it is planned to repair more than 355 thousand engineering systems and structural elements of buildings and replace more than 112 thousand elevators.

To clarify the timing and types of work under the overhaul program, so-called short-term implementation plans are drawn up. The plan for 2021–2023 includes 4,437 houses in the capital with a total area of ​​34.2 million square meters. In 2022 renovation passes in 1.7 thousand houses.
