The horrors of the house of Lavrenty Beria

There are many places in Moscow that superstitious people prefer to avoid. They are considered unkind, cursed. Some say that they even feel the negative energy and malaise next to such places. But if you like to tickle your nerves and you are bored with sights with “good fame”, you should take a look at the house at 28 Malaya Nikitskaya Street.

A well-groomed blue mansion with bewitching bas-reliefs, high windows does not look repulsive, especially since at the moment it houses the Tunisian embassy. But that is until you find out the history of its past owner.

Lavrenty Beria was the People’s Commissar of Internal Affairs of the USSR and Stalin’s closest aide. No wonder people called him “Iron People’s Commissar”.

Even during his lifetime, people were wary of this mansion – there were rumors about black cars that drove around Moscow and brought home beautiful girls to Beria, who then disappeared without a trace.

People said that a crematorium or a stone crusher was installed in the basement of the mansion, with the help of which Lavrenty got rid of the bodies of the victims.

In December 1953, Beria was shot by the Supreme Court of the USSR. However, after his death, there were even more rumors and devilry in house number 28 on Malaya Nikitskaya.

Ghosts, machine from hell and screams

The new situation in the mansion did not change the attitude towards him in any way – random passers-by noticed many oddities.

They say that at about 3 o’clock at night you can see a black “Volga” on the street. Every night she drives up to the Lavrentiy mansion, illuminating the entire street with her headlights. People come out of it, their drunken voices and screams are heard, and the argument itself ends in a brawl. Then everything calms down, the car door slams shut, and the car drives away. The spirit of Lavrenty Beria visited his house, put it in HIS order and returned back home.

And coming closer to the house, it is possible to hear women’s cries that come from the basement, begging for help.

Embassy workers who stay up late at work talk about strange sounds, as if the heavy steps of someone walking around the embassy in a businesslike way are echoing in empty rooms.

In the 90s, during the repair of the mansion, instruments of torture were found, perhaps Beria himself personally tortured his victims.

The history of this house is quite gloomy, the atmosphere is mystical, but even those who do not believe in ghosts, passing by the house of Lawrence, speed up their steps. Indeed, in any case, the glory of the People’s Commissar of the USSR was not good.
