The head of the TFR may be authorized to organize the provision of pensions for laid-off employees

The head of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) was proposed to be given the authority to determine the procedure for working on pensions for former employees, as well as members of their families. The corresponding bill was submitted to the State Duma by the government, document published in the database. Previously, the issue was resolved with the help of orders from the TFR, but they have lost their force.
The explanatory note states that the TFR does not have regulations governing the organization of the work of personnel and financial departments for the provision of pensions for laid-off employees, as well as the establishment of a monthly allowance for the monetary content in the amount of 50% of the pension.
Within the framework of the introduced draft law, the head of the department will also be able to determine the procedure for organizing work on the appointment, payment and review of monthly bonuses to employees. “The specification of the powers of the chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation … is necessary for the legal basis for the subsequent timely and within the competence of the publication of departmental regulatory legal acts,” the authors of the document believe.
