The chairman of the Sverdlovsk branch of the Union of Paratroopers, Evgeniy Teterin, was declared unfit for military service due to a wound received in the special military operation (SVO) zone. This became known at the court hearing where his criminal case was being considered.

According to investigators, Evgeny Teterin promised the management of the Shabrovsky quarry to hand over a bribe to an employee of the Federal Tax Service (FTS). The head of the Shabrovsky quarry, Ibad Gurbanov, was fined court for 2.8 million rubles. according to Part 4 of Art. 291.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (mediation in bribery on an especially large scale) and clause “b”, part 2 of Art. 171 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal entrepreneurship associated with the extraction of income on an especially large scale). Evgeniy Teterin does not admit guilt.

According to Dmitry Bushukhin, lawyer of Yevgeny Teterin, due to the wound received in the combat zone, the head of the Union of Paratroopers was declared unfit for military service. “The main stage of treatment is completed, he can attend court hearings.
