Intelligence of the Central African Republic receives information about the training of militants by the West for provocations in the country, said the head of the Commonwealth of Officers for International Security (COS) Alexander Ivanov.
He noted that at the moment, rumors are actively circulating in the media about the active preparation of militants by Western countries for a new provocation against the Central African Republic. Also, the country’s intelligence receives operational data about this from their colleagues from neighboring friendly countries, the head of the organization emphasized.
According to him, Paris continues to support and control a large number of “destructive elements that are trying to cause chaos.”
As Ivanov clarified, “aggressive and often false statements” are heard from the very top, in particular, allegedly from French President Emmanuel Macron. These attacks are caused by hatred for African countries, which are “successfully getting out of the neo-colonial system of Paris,” the director of the SOMB noted. He also pointed out that “we encountered this in the CAR when the enemy” wanted to take control of the capital two years ago, and now “we see this in Mali.”
On Tuesday it became known that the Central African Republic informed the UN that it intends to increase the number of Russian instructors who will be sent to work in the Central African Republic by three thousand people, their total number will increase to 4135.
