On December 11, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation distributed materials briefing conducted by the head of the radiation, chemical and biological defense troops, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov. The materials say that during the special operation, Russian specialists gained access to laboratories in the cities of Rubezhnoye, Severodonetsk, Kherson and their official documentation, checked four objects in the territories of the LPR and DPR, in particular the cache of a veterinary laboratory in Mangush.
“Her (documentation) analysis confirmed the dangerous nature of the Pentagon’s experiments to assess the susceptibility of the Ukrainian population to zoonotic infections, the facts of testing pharmaceuticals on the local population and the export of biological samples to the United States for their possible use in offensive biological programs,” the briefing materials say.
“According to our information, the office of the President of Ukraine is coordinating the actions of national intelligence services to organize an anti-Russian provocation using toxic substances,” the materials note. They are talking about triethanolamine, a precursor for the synthesis of nitrogen mustard (a substance with blister action).
“The chemicals can be used by the SBU to produce a chemical warfare agent for the purpose of carrying out a limited-scale provocative action on controlled territory in the zone of action of the most actively advancing group of the Russian Armed Forces. In addition, the armed forces of Ukraine are expected to deliberately contaminate water sources, including drinking water, food supplies and animal feed with pathogenic biological agents,” the materials say.
The Ukrainian and American sides did not comment on the message from the Ministry of Defense. Previously, they denied Russian accusations about the possible creation of biological weapons.
