The head of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP), Dmitry Aristov, during a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, said that his department had compiled a conditional portrait of the average debtor – these were men and women aged 30 to 45 years.
According to Aristov, in order to make management decisions and to analyze the situation, the FSSP draws up a conditional portrait of the debtor. He pointed out that the bulk of low-income debtors who applied for a living wage are women aged 40 to 50 years old who have one child, who have nothing but their only home, but at the same time have a stable source of income – salary or pension .
As the head of the FSSP noted, the portrait of an average debtor is either a man or a woman of working age from 30 to 45 years old, whose average debt is about 173 thousand rubles in one enforcement proceeding.
