The head of the Crimea instructed to nationalize a number of foreign enterprises

The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, will send an instruction to the State Council of the republic to nationalize the property of a number of foreign organizations and individuals. The property of RusLine Co LLC (the tenant of Novacenter K LLC, Modul LTD LLC), Bakhchisarai Plant Stroyindustriya JSC and Zaliv Shipbuilding Plant JSC will become the property of the republic. He stated that the labor collectives of the nationalized companies would not be laid off.

“I gave instructions on the nationalization of the property of a number of organizations and individuals associated with the Kyiv regime located on the territory of the Republic of Crimea. The corresponding decision will be signed by me tomorrow, we will send the documents to the State Council of the Republic,” Mr. Aksenov wrote in Telegram. The list of nationalized objects was compiled by the “special anti-terrorist commission”.

According to the head of the republic, there are no plans to carry out cutbacks in nationalized companies. Labor collectives will remain unchanged. An exception may be made by authorized representatives of shareholders who “followed the will of their Kyiv leaders.”

According to “Interfax”, administrative reshuffles have already taken place in the nationalized companies. So, on October 20, the former director of the Bryansk joint-stock company Uglegorsk-Cement, Aleksey Dranny, headed the Bakhchisaray plant Stroyindustriya, and Alexandra Romanenko, director of the Simferopol Stroycenter LLC, was appointed head of the temporary administration at Novacenter K LLC on October 18.

According to the agency, Bakhchisaray Plant Stroyindustriya JSC, before the annexation of Crimea to Russia, belonged to the former head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine, David Zhvania. Now the identity of the JSC shareholders is not disclosed. LLC Novacenter K, according to Interfax, until 2014 belonged to the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksandr Gerega and businesswoman Galina Gerega.

October 18 Parliament of Crimea approved nationalization of the property of unfriendly states. According to a Kommersant source in the regional government, objects belonging to the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada, the director of its National Anti-Corruption Bureau Artem Sytnik, the chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Kirill Shevchenko, the former head of its Constitutional Court Alexander Tupitsky, the former Ukrainian Ombudsman Lyudmila Denisova, the former -Chairmen of the Council of Ministers of Crimea Sergey Kunitsyn and Andrey Senchenko, leaders of the Crimean Tatar Mejlis banned in the Russian Federation Mustafa Dzhemilev and Refat Chubarov.
