The head of Dagestan Melikov: riots in the republic are provoked by the special services of Ukraine

The head of Dagestan, Sergei Melikov, said that the Ukrainian special services provoked a violation of public order in the region.
He specified that the networks are regulated by the Center for Ideological and Psychological Operations of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Special Operation Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“Of course, management does not come directly from Kyiv. At the same time, I want the Dagestanis to understand who is calling them to participate in these actions. This is done by those who today are killing our guys who are defending Russia,” Melikov said.
Recall that earlier in social networks were published videos of unauthorized rallies in Dagestan, related to the conduct of partial mobilization in Russia. According to the protesters, the military registration and enlistment offices allegedly recruited disabled people, large families, aged men, and others who do not fit the announced criteria.
