State Duma deputy from the Liberal Democratic Party Stanislav Naumov said that the time has come in Russia to launch a “special economic operation.”
“We have been successful in the referendums. Now is the time to start a “special economic operation,” Naumov said.
He specified that the country needs economic support. In particular, it is necessary to simplify the bureaucratic procedures for the transfer of entrepreneurial activities of mobilized citizens, provide them with tax benefits for personal income tax and create a special economic zone in the territory of Donbass.
“I want to propose a kind of national project to the Ministry of Economic Development. We propose to conduct all economic activity in the new subjects of Russia, which will appear as a result of referendums, in the regime of a special economic zone,” Naumov emphasized.
