Vadim Evseev left the post of head coach of the Yaroslavl football club “Shinnik” by agreement of the parties. This was announced by the Governor of the Yaroslavl region Mikhail Evraev. Dmitry Voetsky, who previously held the position of his assistant, has been appointed acting head coach.
“The contract was terminated by agreement of the parties. I thank Vadim Valentinovich for the work. Under his leadership, our team returned to the National Football League, became the winner of the FNL-2 championship in its group and is now in the middle of the First League standings, ”wrote Mikhail Evraev in his Telegram channel.
Vadim Evseev was appointed head coach of Shinnik in June 2021. The contract was for two years. Evseev’s coaching career began in 2013, during which time he worked in the Tekstilshchik, Amkar, and Ufa clubs. From the latter, he was fired in 2020 for poor results.
Shinnik is 10th in the First League table with 37 points. The team has not won a single victory in the last five matches.
