A little more than a week remains before the start of the championship in the Second League of Group B. Khimik will start the 2023-2024 season with a home match against Dynamo Kirov. The fight is scheduled for July 22. Serhiy Perednya’s wards will play against the debuting team of the Second League. The club from the Kirov region is headed by Viktor Bulatov, who worked at Khimik during the first part of the 2021-2022 season.
Sergei Perednya commented on friendly matches against Irtysh and Cosmos.
“In control matches with Irtysh and Cosmos, we used approximately the same tactical formations. The only difference was in the players who took part in the Khimik squad. The players who had not previously received much game practice came out against Cosmos, and the guys who are on viewing,” said Sergei Perednya.
