Governor of the Ryazan region: a fire at the oil refinery occurred due to a UAV attack

The governor of the Ryazan region, Pavel Malkov, confirmed the attack of a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle on an oil plant in the region on the morning of Wednesday, March 13. He posted the relevant information on his Telegram channel.

According to him, the impact started a fire.

“According to preliminary information, there are casualties. I’m at the scene of the incident, all operational services are working,” Malkov wrote.

Previously, the media reported two victims – they were hospitalized in a state of moderate severity.
