The head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper, said in his Telegram channel that due to the explosions, a number of energy facilities located in the region were damaged.
He clarified that in Odessa more than 50 thousand subscribers were left without electricity. Shutdown schedules have now been introduced.
“In the Odessa region, energy facilities were damaged as a result of explosions. Stabilization blackouts are occurring in Odessa. Now 53 thousand electricity subscribers are without power,” Kiper noted.
