Primorsky Territory Governor Oleg Kozhemyako at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin offered simplify the procedure for transferring property to military units and subunits in the area of the special operation.
According to the governor, the Decree of the Ministry of Defense, issued in January, regulating this issue, is a rather complicated bureaucratic document, according to which it is very difficult to send property.
“I propose to make a notification procedure for the delivery of directly property, equipment, which we supply at the request of military units. They give us invoices that they received, we transfer this data to the district, which is in the subject and the Ministry of Defense. They draw up a register according to the waybills that the military units received it,” he said.
Such an order will be easier, since each region has its own delivery channels, Kozhemyako believes.
Earlier in March, Putin, during an expanded meeting of the board of the Prosecutor General’s Office, set the task for the department realize supervision over the timely fulfillment of obligations for deliveries for the needs of the military operation. Funds for these needs are allocated, according to him, in sufficient quantities, but not to the detriment of other areas of activity and should be spent rationally.
The president also said that prosecutors are currently required to supervise the modernization of enterprises of the defense industrial complex (DIC), including building up capacities for additional weapons.
