It is not necessary to make it so that you live with a woman for many years, you have joint children, and you are not yet registered. It is not right. You are going to a sacred cause, everything must be done as it should be in Russia – right, ”said the governor. According to him, he suggested that the mobilized people make a list of those wishing to marry. “We are ready to put civil wives in a comfortable bus and bring them to Omsk. We will send the registry office staff there, father, and the marriage registration procedure will take place in front of everyone. Let’s see how many applications will be received,” said Sergei Tsivilev.
He also addressed live to all the inhabitants of the region and invited them to legalize their relationship with common-law wives. “We have a sacred family, the relationship between a man and a woman. I suggest that everyone who has not registered a marriage, but has already decided on a choice, register it in the secular and spiritual systems,” the governor added.
The office of the registry office of Kuzbass reported that in connection with the mobilization, the marriage can be registered on the day the couple applies. The basis for this may be a summons issued by the military commissariat on the call of a citizen for military service for mobilization.
