We will allocate 190 billion rubles for such purposes,” Mishustin said.
The funds will be used to restore engineering networks and communications, as well as to convert oil-fired boiler houses to biofuel in the Northwestern and Far Eastern federal districts. At the same time, 50 billion rubles. will be sent to upgrade public transport – with such an order spoke previously Russian President Vladimir Putin during his address to the Federal Assembly.
